Dog chases me, Girl on bike chases Dog, Cat chases Girl

For awhile now I had the idea to promote my love for writing with a blog.  I had one about video game reviews that I honestly didn't care about because even though my affection for video games Is massive, I will never buy enough games to review something everyone cares about.  Having an unbiased opinion about said topic is necessary in the video game review world.

Enough about video games though, As you may or may not be aware of, I deliver pizza for Dominoes.  It's what I am doing this winter and to say the least it is very interesting.  This blog is going to alleviate some of the stress that comes with the people I deliver to as well as put a light on some of the bizarre things I have seen.

In the past I have seen things such as a mans ass at the Red Roof inn on valentines as well as someone asking me for the location of a child they had seemed to have lost.  I am sorry but I don't pay attention to much when I'm driving but the road and where I am going.

February 28th 2011

Started off like any other day of work I get there get my bank, which I use to carry around to distribute change to the satisfied and customers I have the pleasure of delivering too................ Let's be real I dislike most of the people.  My feelings towards people used to be geared on how much they tipped.  In the winter it is geared on how fast they answer the door, how swift they are with the transaction and most importantly did they shovel?  If they haven't shoveled they could give me a ten dollar tip and I would honestly not be too grateful.  I personally am not working for money.  My need for money has shrunk over the years and am just working to keep my parents at bay.  I got lucky and had 4 deliveries within the very city I live in.  The first lady had kids... Lots of kids, yelling, pounding on the windows alerting her that the Pizza man was here. Kids are a great alarm I didn't have to wait long before she came to the door.   The second delivery was to an old man whose front yard was a giant ramp.  Instantly I though this person was going to be disabled and mentally prepared myself for how to react.  I've seen people without a limb and it does throw you off because if you went to a normal house no ramp and then answers the door is this obese women in a plus sized wheel chair with a nub for her left foot.. you would be a little shocked.  This man didn't have anything wrong with him, and it is not my business to question the ramp.   The third delivery was to some kid who tipped me two dollars.  That kid was actually my reading buddy when I was in elementary school.

The fourth delivery started off normal.  The women answered the door in her late 20s with 3 kids.  I feel no sympathy for this women.  She collects her massive order and goes on her way.  Upon leaving the premises.  I notice a dog running at me full speed.  I like dogs. Dogs like me.  Dogs bite me.  I walked to my car and opened up the door and that's when I noticed the dog was being chased by a girl on the bike yelling "CINDY slow down CINDY, COME BACK HERE NOW CINDY."  Normal enough but behind her was this white cat with orange patches following her.   I stopped in amazement.  Looked at the scene I have witnessed.  Now we had a man that worked with us who used to make up fake stories that were a little extravagant.  I assure you I gain nothing from lying to you about the crap I see.  The cat wondered off and I drove back.

Delivery five was also interesting... it was a giant trailer park off of sixth ave.  I wasn't too sure how safe it was.  I drove in and waded threw the filth to find the right trailer.  It was dark, very dark.  No lights but the ones coming from the trailers themselves.  I delivered the pizza and got out fast.  I like living.

The rest of my night consists of me stepping into an ice cold puddle which wasn't excited, rather very irritating.

Look for my new posts every week!
